Payment details are processed only via secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers (we do not store your card details).
We only keep your data as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, support our business operations and to comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We delete all personal information when it is no longer reasonable to require retaining it.
If we experience an Eligible Data Breach, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as required by the Privacy Act.

8. Overseas Data Storage and Disclosure

We may store personal information in data centres in Australia or in overseas jurisdictions where our service providers operate, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Netherlands.
Google, SMS Global, Mailerlite, Accentis, Microsoft 365 and the competition entry platforms we use all use secure technologies in their data centres.
By providing your personal information, you consent to its transfer and storage in these countries to those and other service providers we use.
